Many major postal services, border customs, and couriers throughout the world have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and this has been further compounded by the increased volume of post and reduced staffing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Please ensure you thoroughly double-check the shipping address prior to placing your order, as we are not able to change your address once the order has been processed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Some countries, such as Canada, may have lower customs thresholds for goods coming into the country ($20 CAD) compared to countries like the US ($800 USD) or Australia ($1000 AUD), and therefore may be liable for customs duties or local taxes. Our parcels generally do not attract duties in most countries, however, as with all online purchases, you are responsible if there any duties or taxes accrued by entry into the country.
We offer shipping insurance via Route for $0.98c and highly recommend purchasing insurance with your order to avoid any issues. If you would like to file a claim please visit https://claims.route.com/ Sunvy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Route to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Any orders that are unsuccessfully delivered and returned to the sender will be charged an admin fee of $25 USD on top of any shipping costs incurred by Sunvy. Once returned the total will be deducted from your refund.
