REFUND POLICY

Cancellations 

Please double-check your order prior to placing it as we do not accept cancellations after ordering. 

We want to make sure your order is processed and shipped out as quickly as possible so it can arrive at your doorstep fast. We have designed our system to be automated so it will process your order virtually straight after it is placed, and regrettably, we cannot stop it once it has begun processing. 

Returns

Please note: We don’t offer a refund for change of mind purchases. 

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement product if there are any issues with your item within 90 days after delivery, however please contact us at Care@Sunvy.co for further information, as this is a case-by-case basis and subject to inspection by our team.

Our team will inspect your claim and may contact you for further information if required. 

Note: All resistance exercises bands are perishable by nature and therefore have a certain life expectancy based on usage. Excessive stretching, over-usage or incorrect usage such as using the bands against hard, abrasive or sharp surfaces, or with accessory not provided with the bands, may result in reducing overall life expectancy or premature breakage of the product and are not covered under normal use & consequently under this refund policy. 

Refunds 
Refunds are only offered at the discretion of our team and do not apply to certain product issues or prolonged shipping times. 

Once you have contacted us and your claim has been inspected, and our team deems that it is a refund scenario, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which should appear in your bank within 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
